How do I start a return?
Enter your email address in the box above to Start an Exchange. Once you enter your email address, a link will be sent to the email you provided, guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return for store credit/exchange. Please note that we only offer store credit for returns and we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
How will I receive store credit?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery and verification of your Return at our warehouse (timeline is based on volume of returns).
Return Shipping Cost:
The Shopper must pay for the entire cost of shipping associated with each return. Shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the Shopper's Store Credit Subtotal. Only postage for direct exchanges will be provided by Identity Boutique.
What items are eligible for returns or exchanges?
Eligible items purchased in the last 21 days.
What items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges?
Sale Items, Gift Cards, Footwear, Swimwear, Jewelry, Accessories: including Hats, Sunglasses, Bralettes, Handbags, and Knick-Knacks.
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or due to incorrect shipping info being provided. Shipping is a service provided by USPS/UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by and with the carrier.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by incorrect sizing, or improper care, or handling by postal carriers.
- Colors of the items may vary due to photography, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer screen resolutions. Patterns in clothing may also appear differently. These instances do not qualify as defects
